01

Identify loop roles

Action

Classify tracks as foundation, harmony, hook, texture, or transition.

Why

You can then remove or introduce roles intentionally.

02

Create three density levels

Action

Prepare a minimal, medium, and full version of the loop.

Why

These three levels are enough to build intro, development, and a strong section.

03

Create one variation per section

Action

Change a drum pattern, bass, chords, or hook for each major section.

Why

A small variation keeps copy-paste structure from feeling static.

04

Add transitions and a mix pass

Action

Add only necessary transitions, then play through continuously and rebalance levels by section.

Why

Arrangement changes density, so the mix must be checked outside the loop.

CHECKLIST

Before finishing

  • The track has at least three density levels.
  • Each major section has an identifiable variation.
  • Transitions support section changes.
  • A full continuous playback has been completed.
